Why Skills Bootcamps?

Skills Bootcamps are short, flexible training programmes designed to help people gain practical, job-relevant skills. They’re particularly useful for employers who want to upskill or retrain their teams.

For employers, the key benefits are:

  • Practical skills – training is focused on skills employees can use in their roles
  • Flexible – designed to fit around work and business commitments
  • Supports workforce development – businesses can use them to address skills gaps and prepare employees for new responsibilities
  • Shorter than traditional qualifications – they’re designed to deliver focused training within a relatively short timeframe
