Cenit College is delighted to partner with Staffordshire County Council to deliver two funded Bootcamps in Project Management and Data Analytics.

Both Skills Bootcamps run for 13 weeks, with one live online class each week, delivered by an expert tutor. This flexible format allows you to develop your skills alongside your existing work and personal commitments, while still benefiting from live teaching, guidance and support.

Whether you’re looking to progress in your current role, upskill, reskill or explore a new career direction, these programmes can help you build the confidence and capabilities you need to take your next step.

Skills Bootcamps are designed to make training accessible to a wide range of learners and employers.

  • Employed, self-employed and unemployed learners: Bootcamps are 100% funded, meaning there is no cost to the learner.
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): Employers receive 90% funding towards the cost of training and contribute the remaining 10%.
  • Large organisations: Employers receive 70% funding and contribute the remaining 30%.

Whether you are looking to develop your own skills or invest in the development of your employees, our Skills Bootcamps provide a flexible and supported route to gaining valuable, industry-relevant skills.

Funding is subject to eligibility criteria and programme availability.

To join a Staffordshire & Stoke‑on‑Trent Skills Bootcamp, learners must meet all of the following eligibility criteria.

Who Can Apply

Skills Bootcamps are open to adults who are:

  • Employed, unemployed, or self‑employed
  • Serving prisoners due for release within 6 months
  • On Temporary Release
  • Participants on the DWP Restart programme

Learners must be 19 or older on the first day of learning.

Learners must have the right to work in the UK. 

Learners must live in Staffordshire or Stoke‑on‑Trent.

Learners living outside the area may still be eligible if they are employed by a Staffordshire or Stoke‑on‑Trent employer who is co‑funding their place.

Learners must have a good level of English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to fully engage with the programme.

  • Learners can only start one Skills Bootcamp per funding year
  • They cannot be enrolled on more than one Bootcamp at the same time
  • They may start a second Bootcamp only if the first milestone payment has not yet been reached
  • No prior project management experience is required
  • Providers will complete a short screening process to ensure learners do not already hold a significant portion of the skills taught in the Bootcamp
